Hate Messages
dealing with hate messages is never easy, but here are some tips on how to deal with them;
- Don't let it get to you ( delete the message, block the user )
- Understand that it probably came from someone jealous of you.
- NEVER be afraid to ask for help. if you need it, help is never more than a conversation away, wither it is with a family member or a friend, anyone who you ask can make the situation better. and if all else fails, know that I am here.
- Rumors either come from girls who cant compete with you, or boys who cant get you. Always remember that.
- I don't personally suffer from panic attacks, but my best friend does, here is how she deals with them;
- think, 'is this dangerous, or is this discomfort?'
- Breath slowly and deeply for 3 minutes.
- If your at a social event, try and stay for another 5 minutes, if you managed it, try another 5, and repeat the process.
