Q&A Post! (question and answer)


• So I decided to do a Q&A post today because it was requested on my instagram page and i got lots of questions too! 
 
~ Questions ; 

• When did you start your blog? 
~ 30th December 2014 :) 

Favourite thing about Blogging? 
~ When you reach a target amount of views it feels amazing! My viees are currently at 839 which is amazing because it has only been 3 months! 

What would you have in your dream bedroom? 
~ a MASSIVE bed, Lots of Make-up , Lots of clothes, A Balcony. 

Favourite Make-Up Product? 
~ Rimmel Wake Me Up 24hr Concealer. It is a must have! It stays on for a long time and gives great coverage! 

• Favourite Colour? 
~ PINKKK !! 

• Best memory with your bestfriend? 
~ Every time we are together we are bothe crying with laughter haha!

Classic Crêpe Recipe!

Today i thought i would post about something i've never done before! A Recipe! Here is my favourite Classic Crêpes : 

INGREDIENTS; 
(for the crêpes)
• 110g/4oz plain flour, sifted.
• pinch of salt
• 2 eggs
• 200ml/7fl oz milk mixed with 75/3fl oz of water.
• 50g / 2oz butter
• 1 medium orange, grated zest only
• 1tbsp caster sugar. 

INGREDIENTS; 
For the Sauce (optional) 
• 150ml/5fl oz orange juice (from 3-4 oranges) 
• 1 medium orange, grated zest only
• 1 small lemon, grated rind and juice
• 1tbsp cater sugar
• 50g / 2 oz unsalted butter

PREPARATION METHOD ; 
• Sift the flour into a large mixing bowleith a sieve held high abouve the bowl so the flour gets an airing. Break the eggs into the bowl. Whish the eggs. 
• Add small amounts of milk and water to the mixture and keep whisking. 
• Melt the 50g of butter in a pan. Spoon 2 tbsp of it into the batter and whisk it in. 
• Stir the orange zest and caster sugar into the batter. 
• After the pan is really hot, put it down to medium heat. 
• Add 1/2 tbsp of batter at a time into the pan.
• They should take about 30 seconds to cook. 


SAUCE; 
• mix all the ingredients - apart from the butter - in a bowl. 
• Melt the butter in a frying pan and pour the sauce into it.
• Add the crêpe into the pan and run the sauce over it. 

FINISHED!! 
Now you can make skme beautiful crêpes in under 10 minutes!  
You can make up to 16 crêpes with this recipe.
